Batting Cages Set To Open November 20th

The baseball and softball batting cages will be open to the public beginning November 20th. The cages are located in the township building on Washington Avenue in Hyde. Public hours are listed below. Admission to the building is still just $1.00 per person (children and adults)

This Recreation Program is sponsored by the Lawrence Township Recreation Board (Larry Putt, chairman), with the support of the Lawrence Township Supervisors. In recent years, many children and adults have taken advantage of this low cost form of entertainment during the winter months.

Beginning Sunday, November 20th the following hours will be observed. The facility will be closed from Dec. 24th through Jan 2nd, but will then re-open with expanded hours after the holidays.

  • Tuesdays: 6:00-8:00 PM
  • Thursdays: 6:00-8:00 PM
  • Saturdays: 1:00-4:00 PM
  • Sundays: 1:00-4:00 PM

Participants are asked to use only the Washington Avenue entrance.
