Bison Pull Big Upset Over Mounties

Undefeated Philipsburg-Osceola (7-0) rolled into the Bison Sports Complex looking to build on their first place standing in the Mountain League. But the home team had other ideas, surprising their rivals in a 4-2 upset win.

Ace righty Brandon Orsich pitched a complete game for his third win, striking out 12 batters and walking only one. Hitters for the Bison were Logan Lykens, Marcus Luzier, Ty Bender and Seth Bumbarger.

Clearfield is now 4-2 in the Mountain League and visits Brookville Tuesday.
