VFW Teener Fall Ball Teams Complete Successful Season

Over three dozen Clearfield Area School District students participated in the VFW Fall Ball program this year. Players were divided into two teams (grades 7-8 and grades 9-12), with each team playing a 19 game schedule.

The younger group enjoyed an outstanding season, compiling an impressive record of 14 wins, 3 losses and 2 ties. The older team, although hampered by several injuries, finished strong with a record of 6 wins, 6 losses, and 3 ties (4 additional games were played as part of the World Series).
