Bisons fall to Tyrone Golden Eagles
in a complete reversal from yesterday, the Bisons played shoddy defense and their pitchers walked eight batters, falling 13-3 in five innings. The Bisons scored all three of their runs in the fourth inning. Coleman Kubala reached on an error before Wyatt Westen lined a single to left. Jonas Kochan walked to load the bases for lead off batter Kyler Kephart. He walked to drive in a run, then Tanner Ogden unloaded a two run double to deep left for his second hit. Cole Kephart doubled in the third for the other hit. Tyrone collected 10 hits off of three Bison pitchers. Starting pitcher Kyler Kephart was saddled with the loss.
Next up for Clearfield is a visit from Philipsburg-Osceola on Friday.
