April 6th – Altoona

The Altoona Mountain Lions defeated the Bisons 7-1 at the Bison Sports Complex last night in a game marred by 5 Bison errors. Pitchers Trey Wallace and Brandon Evans deserved a better fate, as only three of the Altoona runs were earned. Designated hitter Kurt Miller had two hits for Clearfield, but the Red and Black were unable to bunch their hits together, stranding nine men on base. The Bisons are scheduled to travel to Somerset on Saturday for a 1:00 PM non-league contest.
