March 25th – Norfolk

The Bisons opened up the 2006 season on Friday night in Norfolk, Virginia against Collegiate High School at Lakewood Park. It was a productive night for the Clearfield batters, as they pounded out 15 hits in a 12-6 victory. Six different Bisons had multiple hits.(Craig Butler, Max Condon,Adam Jury, Doug Kephart, Brandon Evans,and Andrew Janocko). One of Kephart’s was an exciting inside-the-park homer. Evans was the winning pitcher, with relief help from Condon and Janocko. The Bisons conclude their southern trip today with a noon game against Maury High School in Norfolk.
